SVE Hi – Gloss FD Automotive Paint
- SVE FD Auto Primer Surfacer is a synthetic surfacer, used as an undercoat surfacer in both Automotive and Industrial purposes.
- This primer is suitable for all the automotive and industrial purposes as it protects the surfaces from corrosion and is also chemical resistant.
- It is flexible and exhibits quick drying, excellent adhesion, good levelling and durability like properties.
Directions Of Use
Stir the contents thoroughly before use.
Mist Coat - (First Coat) Spray – Thin one part of paint by one part SVE T12 Thinner (by volume) . Stir well.
Apply a mist coat or thin coat at 2.5 to 3.5 Kg/cm2 (40-50 psi) and allow it to dry overnight. After drying, wet cut with 400 grade emery paper.
Full coat - (Second Coat) Spray- Reduce the viscosity of the paint to 18-20 seconds on Ford cup B4 with SVE T12 Thinner (30 parts of thinner to 100 parts of paint by volume) apply a single coat at 2.5 to 3.5 Kg/cm2 (40-50 psi) pressure.
For metallic Paints allow paint to dry for at least 96 hrs. Use any popular brand of rubbing compound, auto cleaner and wax polish.

SVE Fast Drying paint is a durable, quick drying, high quality synthetic topcoat used for refinishing all types of two wheelers, Commercial vehicles and cars. It has excellent colour and gloss retention and gives a bright smooth finish.

SVE Auto Nitrocellulose (NC) Paint
- SVE NC Putty is a fine putty of good adhesion to iron steel and hard, sanded old coating.
- It is a flexible to apply, fast drying, easy to sand and gives excellent adhesion on metals as well as over PU Primer.
- It does not crack and spread ability.
- It is ideal for use as fillers on automobile, two wheelers, bus bodies and various industrial decorative materials. It provides very soft and fine properties soon after its application.

Directions Of Use
- Mix NC auto Paint and Thinner @ ratio of 1:1.5
- Apply 3 to 4 coats with 2 hrs gap.
- After complete drying, buffing will enhance gloss. Buffing not recommended for Mat
Points to note - Shake well before use and do not over dilute. Strain the material through a fine sieve before use.
Note - Relative humidity should not exceed 75% .At higher humidity NC Paint can appear to be whitish due to excessive quick evaporation.

SVE PU Automotive Paints
- SVE PU Primer Surfacer is polyurethane based two component surfacer, used as an undercoat surfacer in both Automotive and Industrial purposes.
- This primer is suitable for all the automotive and industrial purposes as it protects the surfaces from corrosion and is also chemical resistance.
- It is Corrosion & Chemical resistant, flexible exhibits quick drying, excellent adhesion, good levelling, high covering, sagging & wrinkle free and durability like properties.

- Mixing ratio - Base: Hardner (9:1)
- Dilution ratio - 23-30% SVE T10 Thinner
- Application - Spray

SVE Metallic Base Coat
- SVE Binder-mixed metallic base coats are used to give automobile a metallic finish consists of tinter, metallic pigment and metallic binder.

SVE PU Top Coat Auto Clear
- SVE PU Top Coat Auto clear gives Mirror like glossy finish and excellent adhesion. It’s a mixture of two coat components used as a top coat in automotive.
- It is flexible and scratch free, with long life and non-yellowing components with UV resistance, high chemical resistance. The flow and levelling act as main traits of the PU Clear, maintaining surfaces for longer time.
Directions For Use
- Mixing ratio: Base - Hardner (2:1)
- Dilution Ratio - 20- 30% SVE T10 Thinner
- Curing time - 36 hrs
